1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI STiLO (aistilo.com) (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description (Creative Arena)

AI STiLO is a Creative Arena where users generate AI-powered digital artworks, publish them for community discovery, participate in challenges, and collect artworks using STiLO Coins (virtual, in-platform currency).

The Platform is designed for creativity, recognition, and community, not for financial investing or profit.
No cash-out: STiLO Coins are not redeemable for money and cannot be withdrawn.
Users may collect and exchange artworks with other users using STiLO Coins only inside the Platform.

Important: Digital artworks and STiLO Coins have no real-world monetary value and do not represent money, stored value, securities, or investment products.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

Account security: You are responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Account actions: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

4. Plans & Access

The Platform may offer different access tiers (e.g., Collector Access, Creator Access) as described on our pricing page. Access features may change over time.

Creator Access enables generating and publishing artworks and participating in Creative Arena features.
Collector Access enables collecting, showcasing, and exchanging artworks inside the Platform and participating in community activities.

We may introduce limits to protect the Arena (e.g., daily publishing limits, anti-spam measures, feature cooldowns).

5. STiLO Coins (Virtual Currency)

STiLO Coins are a virtual, in-platform currency used to access certain Platform features (e.g., generating content, entering challenges, boosting visibility, or exchanging artworks).

Non-redeemable: STiLO Coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash or any cash equivalent.
In-platform only: STiLO Coins may only be used within AI STiLO.
No property right: STiLO Coins are not legal tender and do not create property rights outside the Platform.
No guarantees: We do not guarantee that STiLO Coins will always be usable for any specific feature; features may change.

Pricing & availability: Coin packages, prices, bonuses, and promotions may change at any time. Unless required by applicable law, coin purchases are not refundable once delivered to your account.

6. Artwork Collection & Exchange (Coins Only)

Users may acquire (“collect”) or transfer (“exchange”) artworks using STiLO Coins inside the Platform. These exchanges are part of a gamified creative system and are not financial transactions in the real world.

On-platform records: Ownership/collection status is tracked inside the Platform only.
No off-platform rights: Collecting an artwork does not grant you copyright or trademark rights.
Fees: We may apply in-platform fees (e.g., platform fees, creator rewards, listing fees) payable in STiLO Coins.
No expectation of profit: You should not participate with an expectation of financial gain.

Note: We may use terms like “collect”, “exchange”, or “re-collect” for convenience. These terms refer only to in-platform actions.

7. Creator Rules

Creators use AI STiLO tools to generate and publish artworks. To protect the Arena, we may apply limits and quality controls.

Daily publishing limits: We may cap the number of artworks you can publish per day and/or apply cooldowns.
Anti-spam controls: We may restrict, remove, or limit content that appears automated, repetitive, low-quality, or abusive.
Accuracy: You are responsible for prompts and ensuring content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Licenses: By publishing, you grant AI STiLO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and promote your content on or in connection with the Platform.

8. Content Policy & Prohibited Content

You may not generate, publish, or exchange content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights. This includes (non-exhaustive):

Sexual content involving minors or any sexual exploitation
Non-consensual sexual content, extreme pornography, or explicit sexual violence
Hate content, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
Instructions for wrongdoing, weapons, or illegal activity
Copyright/trademark infringement or impersonation
Personal data disclosure (doxxing) or privacy violations

We may remove content, limit visibility, or take account actions based on our enforcement policies.

9. Moderation

The Platform uses automated and/or human review to help enforce safety and community rules. We may:

Block generation of disallowed content
Remove or restrict access to content
Limit features (e.g., publishing, exchange, boosts) for accounts or content
Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations

Moderation systems can make mistakes. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support.

10. Payments, Digital Goods & Refunds

Payments for access and STiLO Coins are processed by third-party payment providers. Payment providers may have their own terms.

Digital goods: Access and STiLO Coins are digital goods/services.
Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

We do not offer withdrawals, cash redemption, or fiat conversions for STiLO Coins.

11. Intellectual Property

Platform IP: “AI STiLO”, the Platform design, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors.

User content: You retain whatever rights you may have in content you generate, subject to the licenses you grant us in these Terms and the rights of any third parties.

Third-party rights: You may not use the Platform to infringe others’ rights (including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights).

12. Prohibited Conduct

Using bots, automation, or scraping without our written permission
Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, or abuse coin systems
Harassing users or coordinating abuse
Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Using the Platform for illegal purposes

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any content will achieve visibility, fame, or ranking outcomes.

AI outputs may be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or exchanging it.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

We are not responsible for third-party service failures, internet outages, or losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law. Courts in Romania will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
