Collector ($9) and Creator ($29) are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the platform.
One-time purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by applicable law or in cases of billing errors.
STiLO Coins and digital items purchased or used on the platform are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by applicable law. Coins are virtual, non-redeemable, and used only inside the platform.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or you see an unauthorized charge, please contact us as soon as possible.
When reporting an issue, include your account email and the approximate date/amount of the charge so we can investigate quickly.
